We supply Cherry, Apple, Hickory, Oak, Pecan, Mesquite, Cedar planks. We will deliver and split your wood to your personal specks. All our wood is the finest quality, seasoned and ready to burn.


We proudly supply all of the following wood:

Apple: Produces a sweet, fruity taste, a good mild wood which works well on poultry, ham and pizza ovens.


Cherry: Produces a sweet and very fruity taste depending on the age of the wood. Tends to be mild making it a good choice for fish, poultry ham and pizza ovens.


Hickory: Probably the most well known wood, it tends to be a bit pungent if over used but is excellent for ribs or other red meats.


Mesquite: A popular wood but can be over powering and is sometimes used in tandem with milder woods. Is not good for large cuts of meats that require a longer cooking time.


Oak: A good choice for larger cuts of meat that need to cook longer. Is a milder wood that gives a good smoke flavor but wont over power. Good on Brisket.


Pecan: Gives somewhat of a fruity flavor and burns cooler than most other BBQ woods. It is similar to Hickory and is good on large cuts of beef and pork.
